I am proud to announce that TEXO has been successfully implemented in a production environment allowing business users the ability to run bidirectional integrations between Hyperion Financial Management and Hyperion Planning.
TEXO Orange is the name of a development branch for one of our customers that we have been developing a close relationship with. They have partnered with us to build extensions and UI hooks specific to their environment. The basis of these extensions and UI hooks will be analyzed and brought into the main TEXO branch after careful consideration. We are excited about this first implementation because it was the first step toward a culture of collaboration with our customers.
For those of you who have not heard of TEXO, allow me to give you a brief description of it.
TEXO is a secure business process modeling tool that allows your business users the ability to execute defined business processes on demand or schedule these processes to run in the future. It can be set up to span multiple business units and environments. Because TEXO is written in Java it can run in any environment that Java can be installed on — allowing the execution of business processes across various operating systems.
