Philip Parker
Philip Parker is the Managing Director and CEO at HollandParker, where he harnesses cutting-edge technology to revolutionize financial systems for large and mid-sized enterprises. With a remarkable career spanning over two decades, Philip has been instrumental in transforming complex financial landscapes across industries such as oil and gas, healthcare, and retail. Known for his strategic foresight and technical acumen, he has guided numerous Fortune 100 companies through successful implementations of OneStream XF and Oracle Hyperion Suite, delivering solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
Before founding HollandParker, Philip held pivotal roles at Oracle Hyperion, where he was celebrated for leading innovative projects that set new standards in Corporate Performance Management (CPM). A passionate advocate for leveraging data to drive business decisions, Philip’s work has earned him a respected place in the OneStream community.
Philip lives in Houston, Texas, with his family and enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, traveling and skiing.
What most people don’t know about Philip
While I may be athletically challenged and some say not the most coordinated, I am actually a very graceful skier and can ski double black diamonds with the locals.

Ben Ong
Ben Ong is a Director at HollandParker, specializing in delivering transformative financial solutions that drive business success. Living in Houston, Texas, Ben enjoys exploring and traveling with his family and friends. Recently, he and his family have been exploring our National Parks system, with visits to Denali, Yellowstone, Zion, Grand Tetons and Bryce Canyon National Parks within the last 3 years.

Scott Leever
Scott Leever is a Director at HollandParker, where he brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting solutions to his clients. Scott has a strong track record of working with industries such as waste disposal, oil and gas, life sciences, and manufacturing. His expertise in OneStream implementations, focusing on consolidations, planning, and reporting, has enabled organizations to streamline their financial operations and achieve greater efficiency.
Scott’s background includes significant experience with external audits at a Big 4 firm and roles such as Assistant Controller, giving him a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and processes. His practical, results-oriented approach ensures that clients receive actionable insights and sustainable improvements.
Scott lives in Houston, Texas and enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and attending Houston Texans and Texas A&M Aggie football games with his family.
What most people don’t know about Scott:
I grew up in Boy Scouts achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. As part of Scouts, I spent time hiking in Switzerland, Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, and Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico. During my time in Scouts and assisting as an adult, I have spent over 1 full year camping outdoors

Her strategic insights have been pivotal in improving financial close and budgeting processes for her clients.
Sunita’s approach combines deep technical knowledge with a keen understanding of business dynamics, allowing her to deliver solutions that are both innovative and practical. She is passionate about helping organizations optimize their financial operations, ensuring that they can make data-driven decisions with confidence.
Based in Houston, Texas, Sunita loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Living in such a diverse city, she enjoys exploring new restaurants with her husband and close friends. Committed to her health and wellness, Sunita is an avid participant in spin classes and other workouts. She actively encourages and motivates her colleagues to join her in morning exercise sessions.
What most people don’t know about Sunita:
I enjoy creating artwork using various painting mediums. I have even sold two of my pieces. I am also fluent in Bengali, and have studied Kathak (a classical Indian dance) for over 10 years. Kathak has been a tradition in my family, passed down through my mother, grandmother, aunt, and cousin, and I naturally followed in their footsteps.
