OneStream Receives 100% Recommendation Score in BARC Survey

Finance leaders applaud OneStream Software receiving 100% recommendation score in 2021 BARC Survey

HollandParker was the first OneStream Software implementation partner to commit exclusively to implementing OneStream for our customers. Every year, our decision is validated by the continued excellence of their intelligent finance platform.

The latest example is the OneStream platform receiving a 100% recommendation score in the 2021 BARC Survey of Planning and Financial Performance Management Products.

What is the BARC Survey of CPM Products?

BARC (Business Application Research Center) conducts the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of planning software users, reaching thousands of industry professionals that use CPM/EPM solutions to support decision-making in their organizations.

From November 2020 to February 2021, BARC surveyed actual OneStream users to evaluate their experience utilizing the platform. BARC reported that OneStream received a 100% recommendation score, up from 97% in the 2020 survey.

OneStream also took home 58 top rankings and 34 leading positions in the peer groups of Financial Performance Management Products, Global Vendors, Large/Enterprise-Wide Implementations, and Performance Management Specialists.

The overall results indicate that OneStream is the ideal platform to support the evolving needs of finance teams to help them conquer complexity and lead at speed in a rapidly-changing business environment.

Why The 100% Score Matters For Finance Leaders

Finance leaders can gain confidence when advocating for their organization to migrate to the OneStream platform. Hundreds of organizations have already made the transition to OneStream after leaving behind outdated, legacy CPM platforms that no longer offer the ideal support for the finance and business decision-making needs of modern organizations.

OneStream, on the other hand, was built for modern business. As pointed out by Dr. Christian Fuchs, Senior VP and Head of Data & Analytics Research for BARC, OneStream provides organizations with the opportunity to unify planning processes within a single platform, while also providing the ideal user experience that is increasingly critical as finance leaders adapt to rapid market-change.

“OneStream’s performance in this year’s Planning Survey reflects the vendor’s dedication and mission to providing 100% customer success,” said Dr. Fuchs. “OneStream’s unified, extensible platform and data model support a wide range of financial and operational planning use cases – and do so at scale and across the enterprise.”

Additionally, the BARC Survey covers a wide range of feedback areas to truly determine the viability and usability of each surveyed platform. OneStream didn’t just excel in a few areas; OneStream excelled across the board in customer responses covering the following criteria:

  • Business Benefits
  • Project Success
  • Business Value
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Experience
  • Planning Functionality

The decision is clear. We recommend migrating to OneStream, which empowers financial leaders with needed insights to support faster and more informed decision-making — all in a platform designed to continually evolve and scale as your organization grows.
