OneStream Manufacturing – Optimization Session

Manufacturing OneStream Optimization Session

This isn’t a canned product demo. It’s a collaborative conversation about how your manufacturing finance team actually uses OneStream, especially around backlog, profit & inventory, demand & labor planning, cash flow, and transaction matching.

By the end, you’ll leave with a short list of realistic next steps, not a long‑term commitment. This session is most useful when your Controller or Accounting lead, FP&A lead, and someone who works directly in OneStream are in the room together.

During the session, we’ll cover:

  • Current usage: How you use the platform for consolidation, reporting, and planning and where work still lives in Excel or side tools
  • Manufacturing use cases: Where backlog, profit & inventory, cash flow, and transaction matching sit today
  • Data readiness: Whether your current model supports these capabilities without a disruptive re‑implementation
  • Actionable next steps: Two or three capabilities you could turn on in the next quarter (often in 6–8 weeks per use case)
  • Roadmap options: How to expand OneStream over time, without a full rewrite of your environment

The session is free and designed to be practical, not promotional. There’s no obligation to work with Holland Parker afterward, and you’ll get a short summary of the discussion to share with your team.
