Immediate Post-Implementation Support

Organizations that transition to the OneStream platform often require immediate post-implementation support to manage the change. We provide closely-monitored customer service, data integrity management, and dedicated oversight to ensure the smooth functioning of implemented applications.

• Short-term timing. Hypercare is provided for approximately 3-6 months to bridge the gap from CPM implementation to ongoing use.
• Continued support for current customers. We are already familiar with your organization and needs. We will provide continued support following the implementation project.
• New support for new customers. We will gladly pick up post-implementation support for your organization if another firm implemented OneStream, but they are not providing you with post-implementation support.
