Long-Term Post-Implementation Support
Many organizations do not have full-time resources to enhance or adapt their CPM solutions to meet constantly evolving needs. With vast industry consulting experience, our team serves as an extension of your organization’s admin team. We provide extensive ongoing services to optimize the value of your financial applications.
- Long-term timing. Our CPM managed services are typically provided as part of 6-12 month agreements to support ongoing initiatives as an extension to your team.
- Full Admin services. We fulfill standard application admin tasks, including new user set-up, workflow updates and modifications, and metadata updates based on the solution framework.
- Technical Guidance solutions. We will support backup routines and execution, period maintenance, usage reports and log maintenance, form input guidance, and journal entry guidance. We will also serve as a liaison with OneStream Support.
- Root Cause analysis. We will identify changes in a dataset, identify broken assumptions, and identify new requirements.
- Additional services. We can provide audit support, create cube views, and extend the capabilities of your solutions. Our solution extension services include setting up or updating variables, parser rules, metadata, reports templates, and transformation rule groups.
